Our standard listed layout uses 1/16-inch liner margins on each side, 1/8-inch gaps between labels, and 1/8-inch rounded corners where applicable, with the surrounding material (matrix) removed. Custom orders can use different spacing and corner configurations, with the matrix left intact or removed and a black optical sensing mark included or omitted to suit your equipment. Enter your preferred spacing and select the options below. Describe any corner requirements and other layout or printer requirements in the comments field so we can confirm the specifications with your quote.

The measurement from left to right of label as it feeds out of the printer.

The measurement from top to bottom of label as it feeds out of the printer.

Custom spacing is measured in inches. Enter decimals, for example 0.0625 for 1/16 inch or 0.125 for 1/8 inch. Leave a spacing field blank if you are unsure.

From the left edge of the liner to the first label, viewed as the roll feeds out of the printer.

From the last label to the right edge of the liner, viewed as the roll feeds out of the printer.

The gap between consecutive labels in the feed direction. For multiple labels across, specify any additional side-to-side gaps in the comments.
