Custom sizes and shapes beyond our online selection
Your label should fit your product, packaging and printing process. If a listed size does not work, send us the dimensions you need. We can quote custom rectangles, squares, circles, ovals and other die-cut shapes.
For a distinctive outline, share a drawing or dimensions that show the shape and any corner requirements. We will review the design and confirm production details, tooling requirements and any applicable charges as part of your quote.
One label across or multiple labels across
Labels across describes how many labels sit side by side across the width of the liner. A one-across layout has a single column of labels. A two-across layout has two columns, and other layouts can be quoted to suit your requirements.
Send the width and height of each individual label and the number you want across. If you know the overall liner width, side margins or spacing required between labels, include those details too. The finished layout must work with your printer's media width, sensing and software setup.
How to describe your dimensions: Width is measured across the roll, from left to right as the labels feed out of the printer. Height is measured in the direction the labels travel. For multiple labels across, the individual label width and the full liner width are different measurements.

Roll specifications matched to your equipment
Custom label dimensions are only part of the job. Core size, maximum outside roll diameter, liner width, label spacing and feed requirements also affect whether a roll will work with your equipment.
Share your printer make and model, any applicator requirements, and the roll specifications you already use. For a multiple-across layout, also tell us how your printer detects the labels and whether your software supports the arrangement. We will review the requested configuration before the order is finalized.
Blank roll labels require compatible roll-fed equipment. They are not intended to feed through a standard desktop printer that uses sheets.

Can I order a size that is not shown on your website?
Yes. Send your required dimensions and shape, preferred material and quantity. We will review your request and provide a quote with the production specifications.
Can you make more than one label across the roll?
Yes. We can quote multiple-across layouts. Include the size of each label, the desired number across and your equipment details so we can review the liner width and spacing.
Are custom labels supplied blank?
Yes. This service is for unprinted labels on rolls, ready for your compatible printing equipment. Customizing the size, shape or roll layout does not include printing.
Can you use a material that is not listed online?
For larger quantities, we can source additional materials. Describe the properties you need and your expected volume. Availability, minimum quantities and lead times are confirmed during quoting.
Do custom orders have minimum quantities or tooling charges?
Order requirements depend on the size, shape, material and roll configuration. Your quote will identify any minimum quantity, tooling or setup charges that apply.
Do the standard listed gaps and rounded corners apply to every custom order?
The specifications shown for our standard listed sizes describe those standard products. Custom shapes, corner details, spacing and layouts are reviewed and confirmed separately with your quote.
How long does a custom order take?
Lead time depends on the material, tooling, quantity and specifications. Include your target delivery date so we can confirm an estimated schedule with your quote.
