Custom Sheet Labels
LaserInkjetLabels.com is proud to announce its custom label capabilities for sheets. With the ability to create label sheets of 8.5 x 11 with most any label cut configuration within, we can create any label configuration, size or shape that you may require. Our one-time tooling fee allows us to create any label sheet configuration, whether it's an odd-sized circle, square, rectangle, or even a unique shape. We can also create sheet labels with multiple sized shapes all on the same sheet. All custom sheet configurations can be made using the following materials:
- ViVid Gloss IJ
- Semi-Gloss IJ
- Semi-Gloss laser
- Uncoated Plain white
- Matte White with removable adhesive
- White laser polyester
- Gloss white Poly Gloss
- 5 Fluorescent colors – Red, Green, Orange, Chartreuse, Pink

Custom Roll Labels
Blank roll label sizes ranging from 1”-8” wide by 1” to 14” long (repeat). Millimeters within those ranges as well (about 25-200mm W x 25-350mm L). On millimeters, repeats will be in 1/8” divisible repeats label to label. Most devices “see” special gap repeats within .125” – .50” without any production hiccups.
Black bar printing on back of liner for sensor pick-up can be applied to any label size if requried for your printer or if the label design requires it. We do stay within our standard roll lengths of 100, 240 and 480 feet which equated approximate OD sizes of 4.25”, 6” and 8” respectively. If required, we can create custom lengths from 100’ to 5000’ ( Max finished OD of 24”). Label rolls can be finished on 1” (cored or coreless), 1.5”, 2” and 3” ID cores. Labels can be wound in or out, making them ideal for a range of applications.
