If you have a small office or home office without much of a budget for expensive software programs but you still need to send out dozens of mailings in a day, why not use a couple programs found on most everyones computer to make this task much easier. In this tutorial, we'll be showing you how to use MicroSoft Word® and MicroSoft Excel® to easliy produce multiple unique mailing labels in one easy process.
There are several different ways you can use this knowledge to make your mailing labels. You can have one unique address printed on a sheet of labels or 30 different addresses printed on a sheet of labels, depending on what you need to accomplish. The method I will explain is used when you want to send a letter, order acknowledgement or packing list on the same page the recipients address and/or your return address. In order to do this, you will be needing to get yourself a pack of Integrated Labels. Integrated labels are unique in that they have one or more labels that are combined with a normal sheet of copy paper. These labels work through both laser and inkjet printers, so no special printer is needed. The beauty of having a label and packing list printed on one sheet is that it makes it almost impossible for an individual to put the wrong shipping label on a box of mechandise as the two are always together right up until the time of packing.

The style integrated label you need will depend on what you are trying to accomplish. In this example we only need to print out a single mailing address label for an envelop that we will be mailing out via USPS so a product like our IL-C will work perfectly as it has one 2" x 3.5" label sacured on liner paper that is located on the bottom left of the 8.5" x 11" sheet of paper (or top right of the sheet depending on how you want to set it up).
