About Our Vape Bottle Labels
We manufacture rolls on both 2" cores for the smaller printers (such as Primera© LX400 and LX500 and Epson© Colorworks C3400 & C3500) and 3" cores for the larger type of inkjet printers (like Primera© LX900, LX1000, LX2000 and the new LX600). Our standard sized 3 inch core roll labels have 240 feet length of labels, which brings the outside diameter of the roll to around 6 inches. We also manufacture Double Capacity rolls which, come on 3 inch cores but have twice the length of labels, 480 feet, per roll that work on larger capacity inkjet roll printers (such as Colordyne©, Kiaro©, Afinia© and Swiftcolor, to name a few). We even manufacture rolls on 3" core that can run up to 18" Outside Diameter, for inkjet roll label printers that can hold a roll that size. In each of the roll configurations described above, you can find Rectangles, Circle, Ovals and we are now offering Continuous Rolls in many widths.

When you are choosing a material for your vape bottle labels, you need to think about what kind of impact you are trying to make. For example, if you choose a material that has gloss, your label is going to shine among the other products available.
Or, you can choose a clear material which creates a sort of label-less look for your bottles. When you choose a clear label, you can sometimes create the illusion that the label has actually been printed straight onto the bottle rather than having been stuck on afterwards. Another thing that you can do with a clear label is use the color of the juice to enhance the label. For example, you can have a scale on the side to show much juice is left in the bottle. |

Shapes
We can offer you a variety of different shapes for your vape bottles. For example, a continuous roll can be used if you want to cover the entire bottle with the label which gives full exposure for whatever you decide to put on the label. For example, we can print your logo multiple times on the label so that it is showing on all sides of the bottle. There are no limits to what you can print on these labels, making full use of all of the space available.
Or, you can choose a rectangle for your vape bottle. Depending on the size of your bottle and the size of label that you have chosen, the rectangle shape can also fill the bottle, but it doesn’t have to. Choosing the right size rectangle will allow for everything that you want to be included on your label, including product information and your logo.
This isn’t your only option though, because we can also offer you oval labels to give your bottle that little something unique. Most companies tend to stick to rectangle shapes as these are the standard, which means that an oval label may help you stand out.
Keep in mind that different shaped labels will look different depending on the shape of your bottle. You really want to consider what shape is going to look best on the front of your bottle before you make a decision.
Size
Choosing the right size label for your vape bottle is important. You don’t want a label that is too big, or this is going to look wrong when it is put onto your bottle. Likewise, you don’t want a label that is too small or else you aren’t going to attract the attention from customers that you are looking for. If you want to find the right size, the best thing that you can do is measure the circumference of the bottle, and then the height. From there, you may want to take off between ⅛ or ¼ of an inch to allow for the curve of the bottle. Taking off this amount will also allow you to avoid error in lining up your bottle edges which is important for aesthetic purposes.
One thing that you do not want to do is cover the entire bottle with the label. This will make the bottle look odd, and stand out for all of the wrong reasons.
